Account Questions
I can't log in to my account
If you're having trouble logging in, please check the following:
- Ensure you're using the correct username.
- Usernames are case-sensitive
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- Check if Caps Lock is enabled on your keyboard
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.
If you're still unable to log in after trying these steps, please contact our support team.
Account activation problems
If you can't activate your account:
- Check your email's spam/junk folder for the activation email
- Activation links expire after 24 hours
If you still can't activate your account, please contact our support team with your registration email address.
I forgot my password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click the "Forgot Password" link below the login form
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for password reset instructions
The new temporary password is only good for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Not receiving system emails
If you're not receiving emails from Client Tracker:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add farrier.clienttracker@gmail.com to your email contacts
- Check if your email provider is blocking our emails
- Verify your email address is correct in your account settings
You can update your email address from your account settings page once logged in.
Client Management
Can I change service prices for individual clients?
Yes, you can change the cost on a per horse basis when adding the trimming/shoeing service.

Billing
Is the Client Tracker free?
Client Tracker offers a free 30 day guest membership and subscription packages.
Does the free guest membership have limitations?
No, the guest membership has full access to the Client Tracker as a paying member.
